The Zoning and appeals board meets the last Tuesday of every month at the Community Center.

CO's are created upon request. Click the link to email the town clerk to request a CO be created pending approval by the building inspector.

Click the link for the license form. Print, complete, and return to the clerk with payment.

Click the link to email the town clerk. Include in the body of the email the records your are requesting along with your name, address, and telephone number. The Town of Cohutta reserves the right to charge a MINIMUM fee of $10 per record depending on the amount of time required to retrieve, locate, create, and send the records. Multiple record requests or records containing a high volume of pages will require pre-payment. Once the request is received, if payment is required, you will receive a request from the town clerk.
