Craft Vendors, Community Booths, and Demonstrators

Be part of something AMAZINGLY SPECIAL this spring and summer as we commemorate the 250th anniversary of the United States of America with several events. These festive outdoor markets will feature local makers, boutiques, artisans, and food / drink vendors coming together to celebrate community, creativity, and American Spirit!  The Town Fair will feature a beauty pageant, a patriotic parade, carnival games, blue ribbon contests, and small-town charm around every corner and will be the perfect place to showcase your goods, grow your business, and help revitalize our beautiful downtown. The Independence Day Celebration will also feature music, food, and fireworks! Spaces are limited — sign up now and be part of this fantastic opportunity! 

INFORMATION

If you would like to request a spot to be a vendor at the Town Fair, click the appropriate link below!

  • CRAFT VENDORS spots are reserved for those selling items to the public.  (ie handmade items or cottage food items). Craft vendor spots are $35 each or $25 each if you also pay to be a vendor at the Independence Day Celebration on July 4th.

  • COMMUNITY BOOTH spots are reserved for non-profit community groups. (ie churches, community service groups, community organizations, political groups, etc).  Community Booth spots are FREE.  Click the link below to send an email asking to set up a community booth!

  • DEMONSTRATOR spots are reserved for anyone who would like to demonstrate a craft.  Demonstrators may also sell items they have made. (ie chainsaw art, pottery art using a pottery wheel, churning butter, blacksmithing, quilting demonstrations, woodworking, etc.)  Demonstrator spots are FREE.  The decision to accept a vendor as a demonstrator will be up to the Town Fair Planning Committee.

 

PEASE NOTE THAT WE WILL NOT ACCEPT MULTIPLE VENDORS THAT SELL THE SAME ITEM OR MULTIPLE DEMONSTRATORS WHO DEMONSTRATE THE SAME CRAFT.  Applications will be taken first come first serve.

After your application is received, someone will email with confirmation and payment method if you are a craft vendor.

The Town of Cohutta is located at the foot of the Blue Ridge Mountains in Northwest Corner of Whitfield County, Georgia, just 5 minutes from the Tennessee border.  Cohutta was once a shakerag stop between Cleveland, TN, and Dalton, GA, which supplied area farms with supplies.  Cohutta has grown to be a a warm, welcoming small town with a thriving downtown which boasts local eats, shops, parks, and friendly smiles.  Come and check us out!
