Food trucks are encouraged to set up the night before on Friday, May 1st, or Saturday May 2nd by 8:00 am.  The fair opens with an Elementary School Color run at 9 am in the area where the food trucks will be staged.  The next event is a parade which begins at 11:00 am.  Parade participants will begin lining up at 10:00 am.  Streets around town will be closed for a big part of Saturday morning, therefore, trucks will need to be set up by 8:00 am on Saturday.  The fair will begin at noon just following the parade.

The Town of Cohutta does not provide power or water, so trucks are encouraged to bring a generator if power is required and bring their own potable water.

Beverage trucks will be $100 and Food trucks will be $150.

All vendors are required by law to have a Temporary Food Service Establishment Application from the Georgia Department of Public Health. These must be completed no later than 30 days prior to the event and a copy of the license must be provided to us as soon as it is completed.  Email cohuttaamerica250@gmail.com  a copy of the license.

Also, vendors are required to have a liability insurance policy of at least $100K.  Please email a copy to the address above.
